Participants Bellavista Guida Ponte Traveler Chef from Boston, part of the team of Bellagio resort for the restaurant Olives, a native of the Azores, a group of islands 800 miles off the coast of Portugal, culinary training began at the tender age of eight, influenced by second generation home cooking , Mediterranean culture and an abundance of good seafood. During this association the organization grew from a single take-out establishment to an 80 million dollar internationally recognized restaurant group and mail order concern. In the past, has worked for Paul Prudomme, the father of Cajun cuisine. Participant in the third annual winter Seafood festival at The Cypress Room Seafood Grille in the Lodge at Pebble Beach, California, joined by Executive Chef Beat Giger and guest Chef Xinh Dwelley of Taylor United, Shelton, Washington. Guest chef at The Casino - Deauville France and Four Seasons Regent Hotel, Singapore.Member of the prestigious “Les Dames d´Escoffier” nominated Top Female Chef in Boston in 1996.
